The park is located in the southern part of the city of Banská Bystrica, in the Kremnička district. From the western side it is bounded by the expressway R1/E77, from the northeastern side there is a direct entrance to the I.class road - 69 and from the south side to the III.class road - 2414. The park is easily accessible from the center and suburban districts and its perfect location offers an excellent visibility from road R1. Distance from Bratislava 210 km, Vienna 280 km, Žilina 95 km and Košice 240 km.
